Purchase & Usage Guidelines
Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and utilization of RevoStage products and services.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) regulate the sale of products (“Products”) and services provided (“Services”) by RevoStage to RevoStage’s customers. Terms and conditions are subject to alteration.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESALE
All intellectual property rights in the Products, user manual, technical materials, and materials displayed or contained within this website are owned by RevoStage and are safeguarded by patent, copyright, and trademark laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will be interpreted as granting any intellectual property rights of RevoStage or its affiliates.
Purchases made on this website are intended for end users exclusively. Unless you are an authorized RevoStage dealer, the resale of Products acquired through this site is not permitted.
ORDERS
All orders placed by customers are subject to approval by RevoStage. After orders are placed, we may communicate with customers via email or phone concerning their order. We reserve the authority to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any phase of the ordering process. Orders may be canceled by RevoStage if there is a limitation on the quantity available for purchase or in the event of pricing or product information error. In the case of order cancellation, customers will receive written notification of such cancellation.
PRICE
The prices for Products and Services are those specified on this website. All Products and Services offered for purchase on this website are subject to availability. The prices stated for each Product and Service are subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other forms of payment. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred in connection with a purchase (including any applicable taxes) at the price(s) in effect when the charge(s) is incurred. Unless you notify RevoStage of a discrepancy within 30 days after the discrepancy first appears on your credit card statement, you agree that it will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by RevoStage or its agents.
BUILD TIME
The build time for your Custom IEMs is an approximate estimate, and orders may experience delays due to supply and/or production constraints. PLEASE NOTE that the build time commences from the moment we receive your APPROVED ear impressions for a paid order. This build time may differ from what was estimated at the time of purchase (current build time available on our website). If you have a specific deadline for your order, we recommend you choose a Rush Processing option when ordering your IEMs (Rush Processing is subject to availability).
RUSH ORDERS
For all Rush Processing orders, the build time does not begin until we receive your online order, approved ear impressions, and full payment. Modifications made after the initial payment may cause delays in your order.
BUILD AND COSMETIC QUALITY
Every IEM is tested and inspected following general industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee that our shells will be devoid of microbubbles. We endeavor to achieve your desired shell and faceplate color as closely as possible to match your design. Shell and faceplate colors may vary from the generated preview.
ARTWORK / TEXT
Due to the unique shape of each individual’s ear, the placement of provided images on the final IEMs may slightly differ from the generated preview. We will make every effort to reproduce your design as closely as possible to the preview. In the rare event that we are unable to place the artwork on your earpieces, you will be contacted by phone or email.
We encourage you to be creative with your design, but please bear in mind that RevoStage as a brand does not align with vulgar/offensive language or graphics.
Therefore, if you submit artwork that has inappropriate graphics such as nudity, images depicting violence, or profanity, one of our customer support representatives will kindly contact you and ask you to change your artwork or text before we proceed with scheduling your order for production. ORDER CHANGES
To make any changes to your order, contact [email protected].
Custom options cannot be modified once impressions have been received and/or the order has entered production.
SHIPPING
Updating an address in the address book will not change the shipping address on existing orders. If you need to alter the delivery address for an order, please contact our team at [email protected].
If a package is sent to an incorrect address, you must contact RevoStage within 5 business days to initiate a resolution.
International Shipments: Customers are responsible for any local import/export fees or VAT associated with a purchase. All customs and declaration forms must be completed accurately and honestly. For warranty terms applicable to international customers, please visit our warranty page.
SOUND SIGNATURE
We do not offer refunds of custom IEMs due to sound signature preferences. We recommend researching the sound signature of our custom IEM model(s) before making a purchase. We devote countless hours to perfecting the sound signature on our custom models and stand behind the sound quality and user experience.
SERVICE REPAIRS
Service and repairs must not be carried out by unauthorized third parties, as this will void your warranty and may result in replacing the product at the customer’s expense.
RevoStage cannot guarantee serviceability beyond 12 months after the product has been discontinued. If unable to service or repair within 12 months, we will offer a product of equal or greater value.

LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY ON CABLES
Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and carry a 90-Day limited warranty from the original shipping date.
EAR IMPRESSIONS
RevoStage-approved ear impressions are required for all custom in-ear monitor orders. Once received by RevoStage, the impressions become the property of RevoStage and will not be returned. All ear impressions are scanned and electronically filed when submitted with a paid order. Impressions stored on file digitally can be used for new orders or in the event that your IEMs require a remake, subject to approval.
FIT POLICY
Due to the many variables involved in creating a custom product, a fit adjustment may occasionally be needed. RevoStage offers a 30-Day Fit Guarantee (on approved impressions) to ensure that your IEMs fit comfortably and maintain a proper seal. RevoStage requires that you notify customer service within 30 days of receiving your IEMs to be covered by the 30-Day Fit Guarantee.
If refitting your IEMs is not possible, test shells may be sent out to determine if the adjustments correct the issue. RevoStage may, at our discretion, rebuild your IEMs for which new impressions may be required.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your IEMs to our lab. RevoStage will cover the cost of shipping the refitted IEMs back to you.
For international customers, we require that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days post receipt. For subsequent refits, international customers must notify customer service within 45 days of receiving the refitted earphones.
(NOTE: Cosmetic properties such as the height of the IEMs due to space required for drivers, cable connectors, or faceplates are not considered defects and would not be covered under the fit guarantee.)
RETURN POLICY
Custom Products are a final sale and cannot be returned.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold RevoStage, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from and against any claim, demand, loss, or liability, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REVOSTAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, VENDORS, OR ANY OF OUR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME, LOSS OF DATA OR SALES, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES OR COST OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES) ARISING OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, ANY MATERIALS OR RECOMMENDATIONS ON THIS SITE OR THE USE OF, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR FROM DEFECTS IN OUR PRODUCTS, OR DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER, EVEN IF REVOSTAGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
