Warranty Details & Exclusions
We want to make certain you have all the information you require about the support we provide for your in-ear monitors and accessories.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping to RevoStage for all services and repairs. RevoStage will only cover the cost of shipping back to the customer for products that receive in-warranty service.
30-Day Fit Guarantee
Due to the various factors involved in producing a custom product, sometimes a fit adjustment is necessary. RevoStage offers a 30-Day Fit Guarantee (on approved impressions) to ensure that your IEMs fit comfortably and maintain an appropriate seal. To be eligible for the 30-Day Fit Guarantee, you must notify customer support within 30 days of receiving your IEMs.
If a fit adjustment is needed, we will require the IEMs sent back to our lab for the shells to either be shaved down or built up in the specific problem areas. At our discretion, we may rebuild your IEMs, for which new impressions might be required. In some cases, before initiating the rebuild process, empty test shells may be provided to you to determine if the adjustments have resolved the fit issue.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your IEMs to our lab. RevoStage will cover the cost of shipping the refitted or rebuilt IEMs back to you.
For international customers, we request that orders be sent back to our lab within 45 days of receipt. For subsequent refits, international customers must notify customer support within 45 days of receiving the refitted earphones.
(NOTE: Cosmetic properties such as the height of the IEMs due to space required for drivers, cable connectors, or faceplates are not deemed a defect and would not be covered under the fit guarantee.)
Custom In-Ear Monitors
LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
RevoStage provides a one-year limited warranty for all current Custom IEM models. We guarantee that all Custom IEM models are free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of completion. RevoStage will replace or repair custom models within warranty (subject to approval).
For EU Member customers, RevoStage offers a two-year limited warranty on custom IEM models.
Cables
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
RevoStage provides a 90-day limited warranty on all cables that come with custom in-ear monitors, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. We will replace or repair all cables within warranty.
Service & Repairs
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
RevoStage guarantees all repairs for a period of 90 days and is limited to only the repair work that was conducted, including remold service (Fit guarantee subject to separate terms).

The RevoStage Warranty does not cover the following:
- Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, improper use of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication, or cosmetic normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or service by an unauthorized third party or individual. Unauthorized third-party service and/or repair attempts may result in a replacement at the expense of the customer.
- Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.
- Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.
- In the case of a broken shell, we offer a remodeling service with a base price plus additional costs for customizations, replacement drivers, and shipping.
- Cables are guaranteed not to be dead upon arrival and have a 90-day limited warranty from the original shipping date.
- This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
