I've never worn custom in-ear monitors, what can I expect?

Custom in-ear monitors are designed to fit the shape of your ear for maximum comfort and sound quality. When wearing custom in-ear monitors for the first time, it may take a little while for your ears to get used to them. Some discomfort or pain may occur initially, but if you do not feel any sharp pain, you should give your ears a little time to adjust to the fit. You will eventually forget that you have them in your ears.

However, if the discomfort or pain persists, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for further assistance. We will work with you to troubleshoot and adjust your custom in-ear monitors accordingly.

How can I get ear impressions for IEMs and what is the process for submitting them?

How long does it take to build custom in-ear monitors?

The build time is an estimate and varies depending on the product and the number of orders currently in the queue. You can check the build time for your particular model by visiting the product page on our website.
